Hi! I’m Daniele, an Italian language tutor (and pilot!) based in Italy ✈️. My experience as a pilot has given me discipline, attention to detail and a passion for communication across cultures — skills I bring into every lesson.
I’m passionate about sharing my love for Italian with people from all walks of life. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, I’m here to guide you on your journey.
Over 10 years of experience teaching Italian to students of all ages and levels, including those with ADHD, Dyslexia, Memory Challenges, or recovering from brain injuries. I’ve developed personalized techniques to help everyone succeed.
I teach students ranging from children as young as 5 years old to adults up to 80 years old, always adapting to each person’s pace and learning style. No one will be left behind: I guide every student step by step, even if it means revisiting topics multiple times. Everyone has their own rhythm and deserves to be supported without pressure, in a way that makes them feel comfortable and motivated to learn.
I also teach children, even if they don’t speak a second bridge language, using various methods such as drawing, songs, and games. My lessons include interactive exercises with digital vocabulary tools, reading books, novels, historical and cultural texts, and exploring Italian traditions. I often incorporate dictation, listening activities from movies or TV series, and oral comprehension exercises.
I place a strong focus on details, including real-time correction of mistakes and dedicated pronunciation work, which I consider essential, with targeted diction exercises to help students speak clearly and confidently.

I have reached a milestone in my Italian journey with the best tutor, Daniele C. I proudly received my certificate for 50 hours of Italian lessons. It’s been quite a journey, especially with the challenges I’ve faced – a brain aneurysm procedure, a stroke, and, of course, being 75 years old. When I started, I was at A0 leveI now I'm B1+, didn’t know a single word of Italian. Daniele patiently guided me through vocabulary, sentence structure, and grammar. Together, we explored fascinating readings about Afro-American culture, music, and singers like Ray Charles, as well as Italian history, traditions, and dialects. Daniele has so much knowledge, and he shares it in a way that’s interactive and easy to understand. Our lessons include grammar, vocabulary, and flashcards, all designed to be engaging. He always corrects my pronunciation, and we read a lot. One of my favorite activities is what they call "dettato": he reads to me, and I write it down. This, along with all the other exercises, has helped me memorize even with my damaged memory. Daniele has more patience than anyone could imagine. I will continue to study with him for as long as possible. My dream is to speak, think, and truly understand Italian!

Hi everyone! I'm Michele Crispim the winner of MasterChef Brazil, I was looking for a good teacher that could help me to learn Italian, after I tried so many tutors I found Daniele. Daniele is a great teacher, it explains everything in an easy way to me, he knows how to let me understand complicated topics and turn them easily, Daniele is a fluent Italian speaker and he translates everything, but he even knows how to turn a complicated and serious topic into a funny one, letting me relax and enjoy any lessons with his positive energy, always with his smile and irony he makes fly the time. My level in Italian was L0 which means zero at all, he started with me from scratch in a natural way. He helped me so much with the pronunciation, his mission is to let students speak in a natural way, he corrects so much, and he's very careful of any mistakes giving many easy explanations, and he prepares customized lessons and he sends me always exercises after any lesson that we are going to correct together in the next lesson. Another good thing that i found in Daniele is the patience and how much he pays close attention to any details, if I don't understand something or a lesson he will review it again until the lesson is assimilated and understood.
